Ⅰ. Description

1. Features of Products

(1) ISG,IRG, IHG, YG, GRG series single-stage single-suction vertical pipe centrifugal pump is jointly designed and developed by the scientific technicians of our company and other domestic water pump experts. It is shaped on excellent domestic hydraulic models, applies the performance parameter of IS centrifugal pumps and skillfully built up based on common vertical pump. The pump is also a new generation of ISC type and used as hot water, high temperature and corrosive chemical pump and oil pump according to different temperature and mediums.

(2) This series pump features high energy saving, low noise and reliable performance etc, complies with JB\T53058-93 standard of the Mechanic Ministry of China and designed and manufactured strictly according to ISO2858.

(3)The pump has some other features compared to IS, IR, IH pump:

①compact Configuration; light weight; small size; covers small acreage; save basical investment.

② In good shape; outlet caliber and inlet caliber are the same and at the same horizontal line; easy installation; the same as valve and installed in the pipeline.

③ Easy maintenance; no need to disassemble pipeline.

④ Pump and motor use the common motor bearing; axial size shortened consumedly; in good shape; pump and motor collocate rational so that it operates steady and reliable; use mechanical seal; durable and everlasting; almost no leakage.

2. Main Use and Scope of Application

(1)ISG vertical pipe centrifugal pump is used for the transportation of pure water and the liquids with their chemical and physical properties similar to water, and for industrial and urban water supply and discharge, pressurized water for high buildings, water spraying, fire fighting water pressurization, long-distance water transportation, circulation pressurization for heating room, bath room and boiler room, water supply for air-conditioners and refrigeration and supporting facilities etc. The operation temperature shall be lower than 80℃.

(2)ISG(GRG) vertical hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used for high temperature water boosted circulation transportation in energy, metallurgical, chemical, textile and paper making industries, hotels and restaurants and for the urban heating systems, IRG operation temperature shall be lower than 80℃, and GRG operation temperature shall be lower than 240℃.

(3)IHG vertical chemical pipe pump is used for the transportation of the corrosive liquids free of the solid grains with their viscosities similar to water. It is used for oil, chemical, metallurgical, electrical power, paper making, food, pharmaceutics and synthetic fiber industries etc. The operation temperature is -20℃-120℃.

(4)YG vertical pipe oil pump is used for the transportation of the petrol products of gasoline, diesel and kerosene etc. the transported medium temperature shall be -20℃-120℃.

3. Environment of Application and Working Condition

(1) The maximum working pressure of system is 1.6Mpa, namely, inlet working pressure plus head shall be no more than 1.6Mpa. When working pressure of system is larger than 1.6Mpa, you should make other requirements when ordered in order to use cast steel material when manufacture.

(2) Ambient temperature≤40℃, relative humidity<95%

(3) The content of solid granule volume in transmission medium ≤0.1%; size of granule <0.2mm ( if the medium has scrappy granule, please make instruction when ordered in order to adopt wearable mechanical seal)

Ⅱ. Structure illustration

1. The pump has vertical structure. The suction and discharge parts have the same diameter and on the same central line. It can be installed on the pipe line like a valve. The pump is features with good profile, takes less space and low construction investment. It can be used outdoor if covered by protection hood.

2.The impellers are installed directly on the extended shaft of the motor. The axial size is short and has compact structure. The pump is rationally fitted with motor bearings to effectively balance the radial and axial load generated during pump operation, thus to guarantee the stable pump running low vibration and noise.

3.The shaft is sealed mechanically or with mechanic sealing set. The sealing rings are made of titanium alloy. It is medium-sized and has high-temperature resistant mechanical seals. The hardened metal alloy is wear resistant and can effectively improve the life time of the mechanical seal.

4.Installation and repairment are done conveniently, no piping system has to be removed to take out the whole rotor set except the screw linking the pump body and the base.
