Ⅰ. Description
1. Features of Products
GC Boiler Horizontal Multi-stage Centrifugal Pump model is used to transport clean water or liquid with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. If sealed up by wad, the medium should be under 110℃. If sealed up by mechanical one, the temperature of the medium can be as high as to 150℃.
2. Main Use and Scope of Application
This pump is mainly used for water supply of boiler, drainage of mines, water supply and drainage of factories and cities.
3. Performance Parameters
Its inlet and outlet are with the diameters as below: 1.5”, 2”.2.5”, 4”: its flow rate ranges from 6 mP3P/h to 55mP3P/h; its head is from 46 to 410m.
Ⅱ. Structure illustration
GC pump is multi-stage stectional form. Inlet and outlet are all vertical upward. Its head can change progression according to the need to use.
Whether the assembly of pump is good or not has great influence to performance, especially the relative position between outlet of every impeller and inlet of guide vane. Center of outlet in every class of impeller must aim at the center of guide vane. If there is little deviation, flow of pump will decrease, head will fall and pump is inefficient. So pay attention when disassembly after examing and fixing. It must be adjusted if there is any deviation.
